Alpha Spring 2025 Join us for a 7-week course that consists of a series of interactive sessions to discuss life and the Christian faith in an informal, fun, and friendly environment. We will begin meeting in-person every Wednesday at 7:30PM from May 7th until June 18th. Alpha Course will end with a weekend retreat on June 27th - 29th where we can get away from the city to close out the course together. Register
City Dinner for People Who Work in TV/Film - Friday (May 9th) at 7pm This next City Dinner is for folks who work in TV/Film! More specifically, we’re creating a welcoming space for those working behind the scenes on the corporate side of TV and film — whether in creative development, production, distribution, or the like. We believe there’s a unique shared experience for those of us behind the scenes and we'd love to be able to share our stories with one another. Mental Health Seminar - Saturday (May 17th) at 10am In observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Gospel Care Ministry wants to invite you to join us on Saturday May 17th from 10am-12pm for a seminar on the topic of depression and isolation. We hope to bring visibility and education to mental health issues that aren't often talked about within the church. Soo Jin Lee, LMFT, from Yellow Chair Collective, will join us to lead us in the conversation. Lunch will be provided afterwards. RSVP
Abide - This Friday (May 2nd) at 7:30pm Join us this Friday May 2nd at 7:30pm for Abide, our monthly prayer and worship gathering at Citizens! We will be gathering at a church in Highland Park for a time of worship and prayer. Abide is a space where we can have communal worship and prayer in a smaller and more intimate setting. Members of our staff and prayer ministry will also be available for one-on-one prayer if you would like. We hope you can join us! RSVP
